"Eye clinic needs change of attitude"

Visits over the past two years, oral health department December 2011 excellent lady surgeon and nurses wonderful, endoscopy unit last week 25/9/2013 excellent surgeon and extremely good nursing staff, eye clinic last Saturday 28/9/2013 not to the same standards at all, long, long wait and then treated with distain by doctor and given very little information, this department urgently needs to change, especially their attitude to patients, although the nurse was polite.
