"Impressed by podiatry care"

About: Locala Community Partnerships CIC / Podiatry

(as the patient),

Appointment 3-40pm and seen at 3-35pm.

Examination conducted, questions asked and answers listened to attentively by staff. Was asked in detail if I felt matters were better after appointment 3 months ago.

I was impressed by the service I received and delighted that after purchasing a further 4 pairs of insoles I was informed that if I could wait for 30 minutes I could take them away with me. To say that these had to be made I was very impressed.

I would rate the service as highly commended.
