Clinician was very friendly, efficient and professional. She explained what she was doing at each stage, and answered my questions clearly; giving me confidence.

I now understand the booking process for podiatry and can access it at need.

A very thorough job, now my feet feel much more comfortable, and I feel I can cope with my situation and am supported appropriately.
