"Speed and care of treatment"

About: Scottish Ambulance Service

(as a relative),

Husband collapsed in house and rapid response team were there in minutes.

Managed to resuscitate him and get him to hospital where he later died.

I was amazed and grateful for the way they worked on him

The speed and care of the treatment was excellent. I can't thank them enough.

Dear emmas

I'm really sorry to hear about your husband. How kind of you to say thank you to the team who responded when he collapsed.

They will be sorry to hear that your husband did not survive, but will appreciate that you took the time to let them know that getting to your house quickly, and providing care and treatment in your time of need, has been a comfort to you.
