About: Royal Lancaster Infirmary

(as the patient),

What I liked

Iarrived at casualty at 3.30.am. on a Monday morning and was seen almost immediately. The casualty staff were very caring and acted very professionally. Iwas sent straight to surgical assessment where once again I have nothing but praise for the way in which I was treated. I was then operated on at midday and transferred to ward 33. There I once again found the staff friendly and professional. I was kept informed of my progress and seen very promptly the next day by the surgeon who operated on me.
