"Excellent treatment and service at the Q.A. & 111..."

I have recently used several different departments at the Q.A. hospital in Cosham, both the day surgery unit and the eye department, being referred from Boots as emergencey and was very impressed by both the treatment and service given by the staff. Both departments were very efficient and the treatment given was excellent and I was pleasantly surprised how much the NHS service has improved at the Q.A. I have no problem at all in giving this very positive feed back the hospital and staff are a credit as the what the NHS should be in the U.K. I also used the emergencey 111 service recently as well on a Sunday morning and again found them to be excellent in arranging a prescription at the NHS chemist in Fareham their advice and help was very much appreciated. They also sent an email to my Drs surgery ready for my visit on Monday morning to my regular G.P. I could not fault the service of 111, excellent !!.
