I recently had a stay in ward 15b where the staff and drs were very helpful.. they explained indetail, asked if needed more info helped when necessary and were always very courtious. when i was feeling very tearful and distressed all staff were caring and also the trainee drs who were called upon. I am very pleased that i felt cared for and writing this to make people aware, as you always hear the bad stories and never the good. Keep up the good work staff
