The lobby of Circle Bath is comparable to the foyer of a 4-star hotel. Sturdy armchairs and sofas strategically placed coupled with polite, helpful reception created a calm ambience. Admission to other areas from the lobby is escorted by a member of staff with key cards which is reassuring. Someone holding your hand during a procedure is comforting and a pot of tea after is most thoughtful. High standards of care in a conducive environment and personal touches are admirable and commendable.
