What could be improved

Several years ago I required a liver biopsy. Doctor appeared in MRI facility clearly in a rush, he was verging on the rude, did not communicate at all and when I expressed concern how he could be sure to locate the required area of the liver showed a complete lack of interest. No after care was provided at all. I was later told I should have been monitored for several hours afterwards to be sure no bleeding occoured. Guess what! He missed the required area of the liver and I had to go through the whole procedure again. This time I insisted on better attention and a radiologist completed the procedure succesfully. My consultant was in the hospital on this day and insisted I remain on a ward for several hours to be monitored.
