"How bad can it get - Prescott Ward"

About: Cheltenham General Hospital

Anything else?

Prescott Ward - nobody what's to help me with this. My mother has memory loss, PALS are saying they need my mothers consent to proceed with the investigations due to my complaints/concerns, how can a son report concerns and ask for help so that nobody experiences what we did on behalf of the only mother he will ever have.
