What I liked

I recently had a small eye operation, which needed a full anaesthetic. From the moment of arrival at the Ormskirk Hospital, at 7.45am, i was quite impressed and relieved with he friendliness and effiency of he Nurses. Everything went like clockwork, anworking d was well planned, like meeting the Doctors involved in the operation, Nurses with list of name etc. The aftercare, which lasted 2hrs, long enough to rest a little and when Coffee and Toast were served to me, and no pain. I marvelled on how we have progressed since 1969, when I was last in Hospital, when the anaesthetic procedure was quite a different matter Thanking all he Doctors anId Nurses in the Opthalmic Dept very much, for taking all my doubts and fears away-- Iam as good as new.
