"Staff Speaking Inappropriately in a Public Area"

About: Worcestershire Royal Hospital

(as a service user),

I was visiting the Worcestershire Royal Hospital Pathology department and when I arrived at reception I heard two of the members of staff speaking very inappropriately about their personal lives - going into very intimate detail I may add. The sordid things they get up to in their personal lives is none of my business and I would prefer it to be kept that way.

It was only these two who were speaking inappropriately.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we have asked the manager of the department to undertake a full investigation as this behaviour is not the high standard we expect from our staff.

In the interim all staff in the department have been reminded of the behaviour we expect.
