Having completed the Xpert diabetic education course that was reduced from 6 weeks to five in Rochester, the course leader and team through whom the sessions are organised are to be congratulated for the award winning programme. It was so loaded with information and it was well presented. If everyone acts upon the advice given and the support offered, there should be a lot more healthier people around.

Our staff delivering the education programme are dedicated to and enthused by the difference the course makes for people with diabetes in relation to their health and self-management.
