What I liked
I was referred to the Clinic in November 2007 for a potential lung problem and I was most impressed with the quality and speed of the investigation.Examination,CT Scan at Ormskirk and a Bronchoscopy at Southport.
To me it showed what the NHS at its best.
Special mention should be made of the excellent supportive role by a staff member who explained all the procedures and answered the many questions that I asked,and the bronchoscopy team who did the same.
In conclusion the whole experience was patient focused and gave a feeling of great confidence.
What could be improved
I really cannot think of anything.
