(as a relative),

My son who was three was brought in by ambulance after suffering from a convulsion at home.

Treated at a very high standard by both the doctors and the nurses and especially sister 'Sam' who straight away helped me pull myself together and looked after us with the highest qualiy of care.

Many thanks to the staff at A&E QEQM, you all do an outstanding job.

I am so glad to hear that our staff provided you and your son with fantastic care. We know they work hard to provide care with kindness and compassion.

I will make sure they see your feedback which they will really appreciate. Glad to hear your son recovered well, and lets hope he will not need to use our A&E services again.
