About: Southampton West / Cannon House

(as the patient),

A 10 minute appointment once a month does not seem like good enough support for my depression. I have even taken an overdose since being under the care of Cannon House but nothing has changed. I have asked to be referred back to the College Keep team.

I have spoken to the service and they have advised that you should contact Brendan O’Reilly, Area Lead Nurse on telephone number 023 8082 1230 who will explore what help can be provided to you at this time.
