Thank you for setting up this web site. I work for The Walton Centre for Neurology and Neurosurgery NHS Trust and I am sure the Trust would appreciate informal feedback from this web site in addition to other formal and informal methods currently used.
I wonder if you could update your section on our Trust - no entries to-date - with the details on my PALS?

Like all PALS officers in every hospital I provide an independent and confidential service to those who use The Walton Centre's services (including the services of Neurologists who attend satellite clinics throughout our catchment area of Merseyside, most of Cheshire, parts of SW lancashire, North Wales and the Isle of Man):-
take up informal complaints and concerns that patients and relatives/carers have;
provide information and advice;
emotional and practical support, eg on diagnosis;
sign-post to other internal or external agencies that can help further.
