I was treated without respect and was told my gp did not know what he was talking about. They thought i had come for an ultrasound of my knee but in fact it was my upper arm. The young doctor thought he knew it all and did not care to listen to or answer my questions. Suggest look to charing cross hospital as an example of how to treat patients well.
