"Didn't help a patient in need of help"
Th care co-ordinator i previously saw didn't take anything I said seriously, didn't bother to contact me when he cancelled an appointment, didn't ring back when I was disconnected during a phone call and I suspect never made the referral he promised. Still struggling with problems but am so disgusted that I was let down like this when I really needed help. I'm still sickened. I was referrred to the wellbeing service who when i contacted months after I was told that a referral had been made they said they had no record of a referral. They even contacted the millview themselves and there was no record there of a referral being made. An "investigation" was made and i was told that the wellbeing service was at fault. Interesting considering that the millview had no record of a referral being made.
