"Praise for staff"

This afternoon I attended the new Victoria Hospital for a CT scan of my bowel and I am writing to praise all the staff with whom I came into contact.

Despite being one and a half hours early I was treated an hour before my appointment and cannot praise the staff enough for their courtesy, professionalism, consideration and kindness. I did thank them before I left but wanted to bring this to your attention since I cannot say that I have often met with such treatment.
