Saw my GP with skin lesion concern and received a phone call within 2 days to make an appointment which was within 2 weeks. Very impressed.
From receiving appointment details in the post, to booking in at reception, seeing the doctor and then waiting for a biopsy THE SAME AFTERNOON everything was excellent. I was kept well informed throughout by very attentive nursing staff and the doctors were very informative and responsive to my questions.
The only slight negative was the lack of space in the car park but my letter had recommended park and ride or bus service (not an option from where I live).
Excellent and caring staff who do not receive enough credit for their work from a nation who are rapidly becoming overly demanding and expectant of a 'free service'. Thank you.
