What I liked
I have been attending the retinal unit outpatients since February 2008, and whilst I appreciate getting the laser treatment I need for retinopathy; I think the clinics are ridiculoulsy overbooked, leaving patients waiting for unacceptable time periods. My last visit took 90mins - 60 of which were spent waiting to see the consultant.
On more than one occasion they have 'run out' of chairs because there are so many patients and visitors waiting
