I visited this facility on Saturday the 28th September with painful ear ache and a very sore throat. I was seen by a nurse who concluded that I needed to be seen by a doctor. The doctor in question performed a brief examination before informing me that there was nothing wrong, despite the severe pain I was feeling. I have since visited my own GP for a second opinion and have been diagnosed with a bad case of tonsillitis and an ear infection. I am very displeased with this service and will not be returning due to the lack of care I received.
