After having an accident which resulted in me losing my front teeth earlier on in the year, I was seen to 3 times, the last appointment being early june. I have not been contacted since for another appointment and am now left at the age of 24 with no idea or clue about whats going on and stuck with a denture. I was not informed of students breaking up for summer until I was pushed away into the xray room where I heard them gossiping about their time off and had to wait 2 hours for the xray to take place. I presumed that was why I hadn't heard but when I rang up (when they eventually answered) after calling over 20 times I was told I was not on the waiting list and that basically I was forgotten about. I was told I would be contacted by my dentists nurse that week - its been a further 3 weeks and still heard nothing. I am still waiting for any contact about an appointment being made and now have no idea what to do as every time I call no one answers the phone. Anyone got any advice? I certainly would not recommend anyone being treated here as I have received no compassion or decent care. A very upset and distressed 'patient'
