"Lack of organization and poor service"

I have been this morning at the maternity bookings zone 12 with an appointment at 8.30 am which one there was no receptionist until 9.00 am. then they started the clinic so basically spend an hour awaiting to staff arrive on duty..once seen by the midwife I have been told to get a blood test from the same department, around 3 ladies were chatting and getting annoying when asked for the blood test having multiple people outside awaiting for them, afterwards, when after the test I have been asked to return back to midwife, there was another midwife taking coffee with my midwife, when I enter into the room she apologies making an excuse of catching up from weekend, come they don't consider that we are already waiting for more than an hour to be seen and we are tired. Another fact is the customer service they have is terrible, nobody is smiling, everyone looks unhappy and angry, very poor customer service and this is over the pregnant woman, it should not been like that at all, they should be more helpful, friendly and happy on the important jobs they doing.
