Anything else?
when trying to make an appointment you have no chance of getting through, @ people just don,t have all to sit at the end of a telephone, when 2 people are on the appointments desk why are they both allowed to go for lunch together @ not 1 at a time, no wonder peoples notes go missing when just left on the desk

The Appointment Centre is generally very busy between 9am and noon; we apologise for any frustration caused. In addition to the 0844 cantact number, a direct land line, 01924 541169, is also available.
