"Excellent staff in A&E"

I went to St Thomas' A&E on Sunday evening (yesterday) due to a reaction to medication I had been given at another hospital following heart surgery. All of the staff -- the admissions nurse, the A&E nurse, the doctor and the pharmacist -- were very courteous and clearly knew what they were doing. They took their time with me, explained everything very well, and took my issues seriously even though I'm sure many others in A&E had much worse problems than mine. I didn't feel like I had to do very much waiting, either, given that it was a Sunday night. I moved here from the US 15 years ago. I can say without qualification that my experience at St Thomas yesterday was better than I ever received in America.
