I came into A&E with my 4 year old daughter on Saturday morning (it turns out for a fractured wrist). From the start all the staff involved (from reception, x-ray to applying the plaster cast!) were friendly, efficient and very caring. Particularly the staff in the paediatric area who were all very kind and understanding. A very efficient service. Thank you so much. Regards Heidi Weaver
