Anything else?
I was recently a patient at the UHNS, from outpatients to final surgery, the care I received was par excellence, from the initial visit to the department of Urology and the clinic of the consultant, meeting the Doctor, who was honest and straightforward at every visit, the main x-ray department, nuclear medicine for scans, again the staff were professional and at the same time caring, also a special mention to the pre med nurses who were wonderful. On admission to have the surgery to remove a kidney, I was treated with the up most courtesy and kindness, which relaxed me in preparation for my operation. My after care on wards 105,109 and 103 was of the highest standard, especially from one member of staff on ward 103, his nursing skills and conduct was commendable. To summarise, the care I received from everyone concerned, was from people who were dedicated to their profession.
"Excellent care"
