I tried to make an appointment today to see a doctor and was told I will have to wait nearly 3 weeks. Meanwhile there's a huge banner outside the premises asking for new patients to register. If the clinic can't deal with its existing lists, why is it advertising for more?
I didn't bother to make an appointment. Perhaps the sudden deafness in my right ear will clear up by itself.
"If the practice can't deal with the existing patients, then why are they advertising for more?"
