I had to visit the Endoscopy Department at Warwick Hospital yesterday for a sigmoidoscopy. Obviously I was a little worried but as soon as I entered the reception all my fears were gone. The receptionist was wonderful. I didn't get her name but she was brilliant with a great and just made me feel relaxed. We were all chatting and this took my mind off everything. The nurses who prepared me for my procedure were fantastic as was the one who carried out the procedure and all the other nurses were so friendly and put me at ease instantly. Thank you all for your wonderful attitude, your dedication and for making me feel so good despite not looking forward to what I had to have done. You were great. Thank you Ann
