What I liked
Overall fantastic treatment - the ones who moan are probably the ones who should not be there in the first place - going to A&E with a cogh is NOT acceptable - it impacts on the care required for truly ill people.
What could be improved
Firmer handling of disruptive patients who seem remarkably well when running around a dept shouting and being generally obnoxious.
