Have been treated for bladder infection have been seen quickly but since then it has gone down hill , went for a endoscopic examination and got serious bladder infection after the op, off work for a month,did contact the centre but referred back to my doctor they were not interested, then advised to have a minor op , on the day of op the surgeon did not turn up, so had go home ,had a new date for op then phoned today this has been cancelled .So I feel totally fed up ,feel the service does not match the lovely facilities and I have been let down badly. Let others be warned
