"I have had an operation about ..."

What I liked:

I have had an operation about 1 month ago because i got electricuted. The hospital is well cleaned and the nurses are really nice. I had a nurse that looked after me one of the days and she wore a yellow pinni. She is really really funny and she kept me smiling no matter what. She looked after me in ward 6 and bless her loads. I love her millions Hope you have a top life if read this take care miss you From Natalie ( The 1 that put a plastic blue glove on with one hand) anyways thank you very much you are all really sweet and really nice/kind xxx

What could be improved? I don't know what could be improved Erm... More activities for older children i made a little jewellery box when i was on ward 10 and never got it back when i went down to theatre i thought it was really cool but hey thanks for letting me start it x take care x
