I feel very blessed to have been appointed to such a motivated, dedicated, pragmatic, sensible, hard-working, harmonious and supportive team. We are under enormous pressure to deliver excellent care in such challenging circumstances and we are honest and humble enough to recognise that we can improve and we continuously strive to do so.

I am very proud of my team, the service we strive to deliver, the support we offer each other and the improvements we are committed to making.

Thank you to all the admin team, healthcare assistants, nurses, physios, SALT's, dietitians, OT's and doctors and who make what we try to achieve possible!
