First time they forgot to put me on the theature list! second time they ran out of time to operate on me before all of this i was on the list for nearly just over a year getting pre ops and then not having a date set took me to go back to my gp to raise the issue! Staff in the department of urology didn't give a dam and their attitude stunk!! not happy to this day how i was treated! Need to sort your admin staff out QA!!
