"Surgery experience"

About: St George's Hospital (Tooting) (London)

Anything else?

My husband had foot surgery recently and apparently the operation was successful but there was no information on the day and I spent the whole day in the waiting room waiting for some news. When I tried to ask any question I would only receive the answer: "you will receive a call" but there was no reception! After that, it was difficult to get a follow-up appointment and he finally got a late appointment, where he was told they would remove the stitches and put sterile strips on the area, but then they did not do that. Then he was told he would be referred for Physiotherapy but it has been 3 months and we have not received anything yet! He is in pain and we cannot get an appointment, just have to wait. Not too impressed.
