Anything else?
I was extremely nervous facing my very first Hospital/Operation experience. Apart from the initial,somewhat cold, reception at check-in, the handling by all staff along the line was warm and comforting. Explanations of procedure were clear and reassuring. The genuine attention and professionalism of the Nurse was particularly reassuring and welcome.

It is appreciated that coming into hospital for the first time for any procedure can be quite daunting. We are pleased your experience was mostly positive, although sorry for your less than satisfactory initial welcome.
