My 81 year old Mother was admitted September by ambulance having collapsed at home kept me informed of her condition, were polite and extremely helpful. The following day they called me on three occasions to let me know her condition, and the fact she was being moved to another hospital. I live hundreds of miles away and was very impressed with the service
