"Treatment at Kent and Canterbury Hospital"

About: Kent & Canterbury Hospital / Gastroenterology

(as the patient),

I had to attend the K&C hospital at the end of September 2013 for a barium enema. It is not a pleasant procedure and is in no way good for your dignity.

Well I arrived in good time and was greeted cordially and sent to the clinic in question. The staff in the clinic No 1 were wonderful. They made me feel comfortable straight away and were very caring.

During the procedure ( which I would not want to experience again ) the staff were fantastic, they made me feel comfortable and cared for, explanations were clear and concise, and at all times were very caring about protecting my dignity in what must be a very undignified situation. The procedure was carried out in a very professional manner and with continual concern for my well being.

In short they were wonderful and I am so grateful to have been treated by such consummate professionals, thank you any for looking after me so well.
