"My Cardiac Medical Day Care Experience"

As a person who has not been to a hospital for many many years I was very nervous and uncomfortable to be attending the Day Care to receive an angiogram.

From the moment I arrived to the minute I left I must say I have never felt so looked after even from the many luxury hotels I have visited!

The staff were amazing, reassuring and extremely friendly. I had everything explained to me, nothing was too much trouble and it was all done with a smile.

I wish I could remember everyone's name but from the Porters to the Doctors everybody was exceptional. The facilities were excellent and I could not wish for anything more.

For the names I can remember (and the same thanks to everyone and apologies if I miss anyone) Thank you to Katie, Rachael and Loretta.

All the Staff and Southend Hospital deserve immense praise.
