"Diagnosis and the treatment once diagnosed"

About: St Lukes Hospital / Rheumatology

(as the patient),

It took 9 months to diagnose even though ALL the symptoms were pointing to RA.

My treatment at ST Lukes hospital in Bradford for the last 2 years has been very poor. I have seen a consultant twice, I can not get through on the advice line, when I have it has taken 3 weeks to speak to someone but I am never offered an app, just to turn up and a nurse will give me a steroid injection.

I feel on my own and unsupported. I have had to cry down the phone to be seen by a specialist nurse.

They just say they are very busy and I will have to persevere.
