"A and E"

About: Arrowe Park Hospital

Anything else?

Had to spend a few hours in A and E with a suspected broken foot which turne out to e damaged tendons. The staff were all very lovely and comforting even though they were clearly very busy. They even apologised for the long wait and bought complimentary drinks for those waiting. Every doctor and nurse I spoke to were lovely and the reception staff and porter were helpful and friendly,

Thank you very much for your kind comments. We are extremely grateful that you have taken the time to provide this feedback. Our staff work hard to try to ensure that a patient’s experience whilst at the hospital is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, and they are always considerably heartened and motivated on learning how much their efforts have been appreciated. We have passed your kind sentiments to staff in our Emergency Department.
