On Sunday 22/9/13.I took my granddaughter who is 16 ( by ambulance ) as she was suffering from very bad abdominal pains..triage nurse did no checks, just looked at notes from the ambulance crew.Was then told to wait in the waiting room ,where she then came and gave her pain relief. After waiting a doctor finally appeared. Was then taken to A&E where the said doctor sat on the bed leaving my granddaughter in a wheel chair.She asked a few question. Did no examination. was then told nothing they could do and sent us home.,,,,,,Tuesday 24/9/13 We were told to go to Emdoc as she was still in a lot of pain.They said nothing they could do. So by my reckoning there's not much point in going to either department if you are unwell as nobody gives a damn......The only two people who seem to care were the man on reception who gave us the number to complain.And a very nice security guard who stopped to ask if we need help as she was doubled up in pain . Happy ending of sorts managed to get too see GP they have given us a letter to have an ultrasound.... problem being there is an 8 week wait...lol....
