Anything else?
I attended Kingston A&E last evening for an injury to my ankle. I was apologised to for the possible long wait that I would experience. The whole visit from being assessed, going to x-ray, having a consultation and being administered with my remedy took exactly 2 hours - believe me I felt like I was in the express queue. This is awesome service in comparison to other visits I have made to other A&E Depts in the past. Everything was explained to me in detail, I was well looked after and the staff - at all levels - were kind, courteous and very lovely. I would like personal praise to go to the people on shift last evening because the NHS is a wonderful resource and a lot more people should respect the conditions you guys sometimes have to work under and the quality of care that you still give. Having said that none of that strain showed last evening. Brilliant work everyone (Kingston A&E and across the whole NHS) - you do a sterling job - one which I would never do - and I thank you for doing it so so so well. A lot of people need to remember that this is a service that could easily disappear and if it were then they would truly have something to complain about. Thank you thank you thank you :)
"Brilliant - Well done"
