6 weeks after having investigation for breast pain it took a call from my GP to get BVH to contact me with the results. Having looked at other people's feedback it is quite apparent that BVH are only interested in those who give positive comments. Little attention is given to people who complain and this is indicative of the lack of concern displayed .

We are very sorry that you have experienced poor care. This concern has been passed to the breast care team, if you are willing to speak to the Nurse Consultant or one of the breast care nurses please do not hesitate to call them on 01253 303493.
