Brought in a relative with a head injury. No neuro obs done. Moved from bulance stretcher to a wheelchair and sat in reception after sh had bee incintinent. No assistance offered and orivacy and dignity not maintained. As a gp myself the care was inadequate and not as per nice guidelines for head injury. Staff spend more time at main station than ensuring comfort if patients. Overheard talking about patients inapprppriatley and other staff. Lack of compassion and care especially hcsw staff.
