I don't think people give the staff at the maternity block enough credit for what they do. I was kept in to be induced as baby wasn't moving which later progressed to an emergency c section. The mid wives and even the student midwives were brilliant through out. Had it not been for the female doctor assigned to me, my son would not be here today. All the staff in the theatre were caring and professional. Even breaking the ice with a few jokes after the traumatic birth was over. Me & my partner really appreciate all the care and help we received. Can't thank you enough for saving my boys life. More credit needs to be given to the maternity team as I also read bad reviews during my pregnancy and wondered if I made the right choice to have my baby at Hillingdon.
