About: The Royal London Hospital

Hi I am recently renal transplanted patient. I have further experience in inpatient and out patient times. 1. nurses are not keen to attend patients but go on braks at regular interval..ward manager never present in the ward. 2. nurses fill up filles & record whatever they like too.. I did not had a single glass of water during night but in the morning when i saw my records there were - 3 times 180 ml water in the section of input - nurses even did not bother to ask me! 3. nurse did not had enough knowladge of replaceing pain killer drug after surgery.. 4. they dont know how to place bandage over hanging catheter pipe 5. Nurses and their assistant do food service-- no knowldge wht they are serving what they had taken orders off. ( some of the food was not even cooked) 6. when I had severe pain but my records shows moderate pain 7. when i discussed other renal patients, they had similar experience with nursing staff 8. many of the patients including me have low blader pressure, ( similar problems have noticed among other transplanted patients ) 9. some docters take notes of weight, blood pressure and discuss info but some dont 10. I dont understand the appointment system... average waiting time was experience 1 hour and one day it was 4 hrs! I am not too sure that this hospital was noted one of the best in britien but from my experience its no where near..... Need serious look in the system...Looks like there is no control of anything in any one! Totally disappointed.
