Hi I came to walk in center today with my nine year old son with asthma I already took him to our on surgery and was given antibiotic last week but after four days he is not getting any better so thought get him checked but as soon we enter the door there was very moody receptionist with no concern or politeness at all said what's wrong I told her and she said it's very long waiting time and up to u if u want to wait that long I asked her how long she said one hour I could not wait that long as had to pick the other child from school so left but felt really bad by her behavior and I am not English so clearly felt a poor attitude towards me at-least from nhs staff we expect better and u know when visit the hospital we already start to feel better with the warm welcome did not want to go back and face the same person again
